Healthy Habit Yoghurt wasn't created in a boardroom.

It was born from a deeply personal experience.

During pregnancy, I faced significant health challenges while living with sickle cell disease. It was a time that reminded me how important good nutrition, care and support can be.

Throughout that journey, my husband focused on one simple thing he could control—making sure I was nourished with fresh, wholesome food. One of those foods was yoghurt. It became a regular part of my daily routine because it was something I could enjoy and that fitted into a balanced diet during a difficult period.

That experience changed how we thought about food.

We began asking ourselves:
