At Healthy Habit Yoghurt (HHY), we take great care to ensure that every order arrives fresh, chilled and ready to enjoy.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across England.
If your postcode falls outside our standard delivery areas, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to assist.
Order Processing
All HHY products are freshly prepared to order.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) will be processed for dispatch on the next available delivery day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the following business day.
During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders under £50: £6.99 delivery fee

Orders £50 and above: FREE delivery
Customers spending £50 or more will also receive a complimentary Berry Granola Crunch Topping while the promotion is available.

To maintain freshness and food safety, all orders are packed using:

Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
If you are unavailable, you may provide safe place delivery instructions during checkout.
Any order left in a designated safe place is left at the customer's own risk.
HHY cannot accept responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged after successful delivery to the address or safe place provided.
Upon Arrival
Please refrigerate your yoghurt immediately upon receipt.

Consume within 7 days of opening

Follow the use-by date shown on the product packaging
Products may be frozen for up to 21 days if required.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
