Delivery Information

Welcome to Healthy Habit Yoghurt (HHY) – proudly bringing the taste of fresh, premium probiotic yoghurt to homes across England.

As one of the UK's premium wellness and probiotic yoghurt brands, every HHY product is freshly prepared in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and live cultures before being securely packed for delivery.

We proudly deliver across England using our trusted courier partner, Evri, ensuring your order arrives fresh, chilled and ready to enjoy.

To maintain freshness during transit, every order is carefully packed using insulated packaging and ice packs.

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) will be dispatched on the next available working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the following available dispatch day.

Delivery Charges

£4.99 delivery on orders under £50
FREE delivery on orders of £50 or more

As a thank you for shopping with us, all qualifying orders of £50 or more will also receive a complimentary Berry Granola Crunch Topping (subject to availability).

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order.

If you are unavailable, you may provide clear safe place instructions during checkout. Orders delivered to a nominated safe place are left at the customer's own risk.

Upon receiving your order, please refrigerate all yoghurt products immediately and store between 0°C and 5°C.

Product Storage

For the best quality and food safety:

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
Store between 0°C and 5°C.
Consume within 7 days of opening.
Do not consume products after the stated use-by date.
Products may be frozen for up to 21 days if required.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product, packaging and any damage

We will investigate every claim promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are freshly prepared, chilled and perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you need to amend, postpone or cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled dispatch date.

Where sufficient notice is provided, we may:

Rearrange your delivery date; or
Issue a refund where appropriate.

Additional delivery charges may apply where delivery details are changed after an order has been confirmed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Following our review, HHY may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A full or partial refund, where appropriate

Photographic evidence may be requested before any replacement or refund is approved.

Subscribe & Save

Customers enrolled in an HHY Subscribe & Save plan can manage their subscription by pausing, skipping or cancelling future deliveries.

To avoid your next recurring order being processed, any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Healthy Habit Yoghurt reserves the right to update pricing, promotions and product availability without prior notice.

Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

The complimentary Berry Granola Crunch Topping is available on qualifying orders of £50 or more and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, HHY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, traffic incidents, industrial action or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of HHY products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
