Delivery, Returns & Terms & Conditions

Delivery Information

Healthy Habit Yoghurt (HHY) prepares all products fresh to order and delivers across England.

To ensure your yoghurt arrives fresh and chilled, all orders are carefully packed with insulated packaging and ice packs.

Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (midday) to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed for delivery on the following available delivery day.

A delivery fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £50.

Orders of £50 or more qualify for:

  • Free delivery

  • One complimentary Berry Granola Crunch Topping

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that accurate delivery details are provided and that someone is available to receive the order. If you are unavailable, you may provide clear and safe delivery instructions at checkout. Any products left in a designated safe place are left at the customer's own risk.

Upon delivery, all yoghurt products should be refrigerated immediately and stored between 0°C and 5°C.

Product Storage

To maintain quality and food safety:

  • Refrigerate immediately upon receipt.

  • Store between 0°C and 5°C.

  • Consume within 7 days of opening.

  • Do not consume products after the stated use-by date.

  • Products may be frozen for up to 21 days.

Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery, including missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide photographs to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our yoghurt and food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you need to amend, postpone or cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled dispatch date.

Where sufficient notice is provided, we may:

  • Rearrange your delivery date; or

  • Issue a refund where appropriate.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the delivery address changes after an order has been placed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Following review, HHY may offer:

  • A replacement product;

  • Store credit; or

  • A refund, where appropriate.

We reserve the right to request photographs before processing any claim.

Subscription Orders

Customers subscribed to HHY Subscribe & Save plans may pause, skip or cancel future deliveries in accordance with the subscription terms shown at checkout.

Changes to subscription orders should be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled dispatch date.

Product Information

HHY products are freshly prepared probiotic yoghurts made using milk and live cultures. Product ingredients, allergen information and storage instructions are provided on product packaging and product pages.

Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should carefully review product information before purchasing and contact us with any questions.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

HHY reserves the right to amend pricing, promotions and product availability without notice. Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

The complimentary Berry Granola Crunch Topping offer applies only to qualifying orders of £50 or more and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of Liability

HHY shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, traffic disruption, courier delays, supplier issues or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
