5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Subscriptions

Customers enrolled in HHY Subscribe & Save programmes authorise recurring payments based on their selected subscription plan.

Subscribers may:

Pause deliveries
Skip deliveries
Cancel subscriptions

Changes must be made before the subscription renewal date shown in the customer account portal.

Subscription pricing, contents and benefits may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of any material changes.

8. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products contain milk and may contain other allergens depending on the ingredients selected.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and allergen details before purchasing.

HHY accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions where allergen information has been clearly provided.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy.
